Peace and quiet

This home is in a quiet area.
My place (STR25-00018) is close to Downtown State College and Penn State with all of its, restaurants, dining and activities.. You’ll love it because of the location. It's great for couples, friends and/or families. My place is in a residential neighborhood in State College. The space has it's own entrance and private full bath. There is one bedroom with a Full size bed. There is a fold out sofa-bed (with privacy curtain) and also full size couch in the living space as well if needed.

The space
Separate entrance with lighted pathway. The space has a kitchenette with double bowl sink, full size fridge, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker (we provide a dozen Keurig Coffee cups for your stay), dishes and silverware (no stove or oven however) that allow you to bring your own food to make lunches or breakfast. There is a nice living room with large screen TV and dining table with bar stools. Internet Wifi is also available.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire space and have private bath, kitchenette, livingroom with large TV, small patio off the entrance to the space. They will have their own key and a lighted path from the entrance to the space to the street in front of the house. This will allow them to come and go as they please.

Other things to note
We provide all the bedding and the towels (no need to bring your own).
