Enjoy a gameroom with ping pong, foosball, arcade games, or relax in the master bath tub. Less than 2 miles away is modern shopping (Homegoods, TJ Maxx, Target, HEB), restaurants & Resolute hospital. San Marcos outlet mall 11 mins away. Austin & San Antonio 40 mins away. A few miles from Gruene, New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, the Comal River and more!

The space
You have full access to 4 bedrooms with 3 king beds and 2 bunk beds (3 single and one full), 3.5 bathrooms, game room with Ping Pong Table, 2 arcade games and Foosball table, spacious living room and kitchen, big dining table seats 8 plus additional seating around big kitchen island, patio with big fenced in backyard (with future plans to update!). One master bedroom is downstairs. Two additional king bedrooms and bunk room are upstairs. One master bathroom and half bath are downstairs. Two additional full bathrooms are upstairs. The three king bedrooms all have a their own TV. There is no TV in the bunk room.
