Our beautiful home completed it's remodel in February this year. Built on the edge of Nosara's Green Zone, it is surrounded by jungle and lies moments from 7kms of pristine Playa Guiones beach (7 minute walk, 2 minute bike ride). With a clean, contemporary feel, light and airy, private and peaceful yet centrally located, it is a stones throw from numerous restaurants, supermarkets, stores and the Nosara Spanish Institute. A short stroll on the Jungle Path takes you to the Nosara Yoga Institute.
Upstairs has the master bedroom with king-size bed and a large walk-out deck over looking the jungle, master bathroom and a further bedroom with a full-size twin bunk bed. Downstairs has a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Open concept living and dining area that opens on to a large teak wrap around deck over looking the jungle, a fully equipped kitchen, powder room and laundry area.
Our home comes fully furnished with comfortable mattresses, all linens, all kitchen tools, toys for children, laundry access, wireless internet, phone, and a/c in every room.
You have access to all of the house with the exception of our outside bodega.

I am an American who was brought up, went to school and worked for many years in the television industry in London, UK.
With a curiosity for a more simple way of life, connected to nature and community, I made my way to Costa Rica 2008. Shortly after, I decided to make it my permanent home and in May 2009, I purchased Casanahata. At that time it was a 1 bedroom casita. One dog and a beautiful baby later, I re-modeled Casanahata into a 3 bedroom house, which is now my home part of the year and a vacation rental the other part.
I like to look after myself with yoga, meditation and hiking and prefer to eat a healthy, organic diet. I love to travel, explore new places and am up for an adventure, big or small. Comfortable with 5 star or rustic.
I am a mother and teach yoga and meditation in the community and abroad.
