My husband and I were in Madison in the off-season to visit family, and this studio was perfect. Close to the beach, town and family in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood with amazing views from our room. Wish we could live here. JC went over and above to make us comfortable with fresh veggies, fruit and local treats, and well-stocked fridge and cupboards. The bathroom also had every toiletry you could want and an excellent shower. The wifi was outstanding. It was quite chilly during our stay, but the two portable heaters did the trick. As a cautionary, I would add that the studio is up a steep flight of stairs which might be a problem for some people. The parking area and driveway require some finesse to exit. And the refrigerator is next to the bed and can be noisy. But we were very happy with our stay and recommend JC.

Helen was very accommodating and had absolutely everything I would need ready for me. As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable. I enjoyed the view from the apartment and the serenity. The neighborhood was beautiful and I spent hours walking along the beach, watching the sunset and rejuvenating. I am trying to plan another trip back east just so I can stay again. Thank you.

Our host Jc was very pleasant and accommodating. We felt welcome and she had left us some salad and fruit which we enjoyed. We loved seeing the marshes and the birds from the deck The location is wonderful right near the beach and walking trails.

Thank you again for having us! We had a wonderful and memorable stay in Madison. The location was perfect - steps from the beach. And we woke up every morning to beautiful views of Fence Creek. The apartment had great amenities; couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you again!

The pictures were accurate and communication provided prior to arrival was great - providing clear instructions to the house and tips for the area. The space was immaculate, which was so appreciated. It is a small space, but very well designed, so it doesn't feel that way. And so many little touches, from the nightlight to the umbrella in the corner. It was lovely place to stay and we would definitely come back or recommend it to another couple.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it could not have been better! Helen was a wonderful and generous host and provided us with everything we needed. The area is beautiful and we were able to get around all weekend without a car (we borrowed Helen's bikes for part of the time). We especially loved biking on the Shoreline Greenway Trail and the beach at Hammonasset State Park. The town beach is beautiful as well, and the downtown area was easy to get to and has plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, sunny and very comfortable. Highly recommended!
