A lovely homely flat. Well located and with a great pub opposite. The owner was lovely and very helpful and even provided little extras like milk and bread etc which were really thoughtful Thoroughly recommend

This is a really lovely base for exploring Sheffield and the area. Very welcoming, with basic food in the fridge (such a bonus!) comfy sitting room, nice bedrooms (although stairs up to bedrooms are a bit steep, it didn't bother us but might bother others). If you like stately homes don't miss Chatsworth, and the bus to go there stops right outside. Plus walks on the moors. Very nice place.

A charming, comfortable and welcoming flat with delightful hosts. Lisa and James couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Lovely touches of fresh milk, eggs, bread. Very flexible about timing. Next door to lovely cafe and on edge of antiques quarter. Parking on nearby side roads.

From my mum- ''Had a lovely stay in Sheffield and enjoyed the free laser cutting class, delighted with what we made. The accommodation has everything you need and very comfortable. Lisa and James were there if anything was needed. We chose this flat not only for the facilities and great location, tesco also 2 minutes away but because of its closeness to my daughter who stays only ten minutes away. We just wanted a lazy week spending time together and we got the weather for it ! However we were under the impression from the description that the court yard would be solely for our use, the back door to Lisa and James shop is just to the right of the photo and this is used daily. Also it does mention " unsuitable for small children due to steps" and I have a bad back but thought I could manage the entrance stairs no bother. But ! The accommodation is actually on 2 levels with a small windy wooden staircase which I feel should be pictured for those less able than myself. Neighbours next door are lovely. Thank you Lisa and James''

A fantastic welcome and wonderful accommodation await at this charming, quirky flat. It was the perfect location for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed all the thoughtful amenities provided by Lisa - including bread, eggs, fruit and even a jar of delicious local honey. The decor was cool, the bed comfy and a shopful of tempting antiques only added to the pleasure. Coffee and cakes next door at 'Tea with Percie' are also not to be missed! With family in the area, we will certainly return and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Sheffield.

Stayed here for one night. Lisa seems to go above and beyond, leaving milk and eggs and cereals. She had even put fans in the bedrooms and living rooms as it was such a hot day. We really just slept there and were away, but perfect in every way. She recommended a pub over the road that does great food, and it did.

A quirky quaint place, very clean and tidy. Nice bedrooms, and Lisa had included some milk in the fridge for tea which was very helpful. Good communication from Lisa meant that we felt very relaxed in our arrival and she made an effort to get keys to us on our arrival day. Would be happy to recommend this to others!
