One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 3.5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

The space
With a view overlooking the Kenai River flats this location is perfect for business or pleasure. Five minutes to the beach, five minutes to the City of Kenai and only 10 miles from (URL HIDDEN) The 26 mile bike path is right at the end of our drive for a nice cycle tour of the Kenai/(URL HIDDEN) area.

Our property is located on a quiet street overlooking the Lower Kenai River. In our back yard is an active beaver pond so if you watch during the morning and evenings you will probably see them doing their chores or chowing on the reeds on the edge of the pond. Do not approach the beavers as they are not as friendly as they may appear.
