John's place was a great location, really good value for money. I've 4 starred mainly because of a small couple of jibes but seriously nothing too bad and this place is excellent value and easy walking distance to the falls, if I could mark 4.5 stars I would have. We took our 6 year old and he found the walk easy. The rooms were really big and gave us the space we needed. The system they have established is good and the lady that served us, I could not praise enough and works so hard to make all guests comfortable and happy. We left the falls happy with a positive experience.

Great stay. This place was a great ending to our trip. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Room felt luxurious and very well maintained.

We were in one of Johns apartments and it was just a pleasure to stay there. As we arrived, we easily checked in and were warmely welcomed. We got a list of restaurants which were recommended and chose an Italien one for dinner. The apartment was cosy and well equipped with a king size bed, a whirlpool in and all we needed. And it was just a 15 minute walk to see the beautiful Niagarafalls. Breakfast was just lovely, too. Choosing between Quiche, Crêpes and others was more than we expected and fresh fruits, tee and coffee served. We definitely recommend this apartment to everyone as it is well located and visiting the Falls is absolutely worth it.

I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.

In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.

The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings. From our acquisition of Niagara Grandview Manor in 2014, our collective team now manages properties which were built between 1891 and 1925. My company, Niagara Historical Inns & Vacation Rentals, continues to invest heavily in the infrastructure of our historical homes. If you choose to stay with us, your family will be serviced by our central check-in service, on-site management, daily housekeeping, and finally a fabulous cooked to order breakfast courtesy of Chef Joseph Hughes.

I look forward to hosting you at one of our properties.

Yours truly,

John Pinter
