Calm and convenient location

This area is easy to get around.
Lovely, (1,800 SQ FT) three bedroom Home. This corner Charmer sits on four lots, offering lots of green space and privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and just a short walk to the "Beach". Enjoy partial View of the Beach and wonderful sounds of nature while drinking your morning coffee in the screened in wrap around porch. Enjoy grilling or just relaxing in the (19ft x 16ft) deck. The deck is equipped with a Propane Gas Grill, a Patio Table, seating for 6 and an additional prep table.

The space
This home has an open floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout, a cozy Living Room with 2 Sofas, Large Chair and a Flat Screen TV. Dining area has seating for 6, a Pub Table for 2 and in the Screened in Porch there is a Patio Table with seating for 6 and in the Front Porch there is a small Patio table with seating for 4. A large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes cooking enjoyable.

My husband and I live in New Orleans and we love the Gulfport area. We bought our property the weekend before Hurricane Katrina. Gulfport like New Orleans, was terribly destroyed. It was very hard for us; we had two properties in Gulfport and one in New Orleans that were practically destroyed. It is amazing how these two Cities have bounced back and are better than ever.
