The space
The Garden Flat is a warm and welcoming Bath stone period property with a private entrance, roomy courtyard garden and easy access to the city centre by bus, foot or car. The property is completely self-contained and has been renovated recently to a high specification; as well as offering level access and security lighting, the flat has an air source heat pump with underfloor heating and heated towel rails in both bathrooms. The town's attractions can also be reached on foot from the Garden Flat in 10-15 minutes.
