Luxury apartment with all the amenities overlooking the Caloosahatchee river.

A beautifully decorated, separate apartment that is part of a large Riverfront private home. Enjoy a beautiful view on your private terrace watching dolphins swim by while you wait for the sunset...

This is a picture perfect setting on one of the most scenic properties in Southwest Florida. Enjoy a piece of Paradise..

The space
Here is a recent review from one of our guests - this says it better than we can:

Michael and Sabrina have created such a special home. We have stayed at quite a few AirBnB’s and their listing is at the top. We planned for a quick getaway to relax from daily life and had a list of places we wanted to see in the area. As soon as we arrived at their home, we looked at each other and said “we’re staying here. Forget sightseeing this time!” We did a Publix run nearby for the weekend and ate every meal at the property. The views are incredible. Their home is spotless and clean. Bring some groceries, a good book, sunscreen and fun games and you won’t have to leave!

No question the best AirBnB in SW-FLA. If this is available ——> book it! We were given the key to a private apartment off of this Spanish-style mansion and our lives were never the same. Inside the apt everything was just right: easy to use and effective climate control, comfortable linens/terry, an awesome shower and much more. Outside: great pool, flowers, gardens, seating with sun, seating with shade, & about 100 yards of walkable perimeter along the picturesque waterway that lies between Ft. Myers & Cape Coral. Parking: you get your own, unobstructed space in the driveway which was awesome & one less thing to worry about. We joked the whole time that we paid way less than we would have at a hotel and loved it 1000x. The location is perfect and you can get to everything nice and easy. Our favorite restaurants this trip: McGregor Cafe for breakfast & Connors Steak and Seafood for dinner. I will close with these three points: there was not one single thing I felt the apartment lacked, my girlfriend absolutely loved it there, and the host family stayed behind the scenes.
