Our apartment is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting. Newly refurbished and neutral, our home is 5 mins walk to the underground and 30mins from London's West End.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction with guests
I don't reside in London, but I'm always contactable by phone and circa 1hr - 1.5hrs away, in no traffic, if I have to get to the apartment to assist with any matters following checkin.
Other things to note
Kew square is just a few minutes walk and it has coffee shops, restaurants, bank, post office etc.
Please note that guests must have a government ID registered with Airbnb in order to progress with booking this apartment.
If you're booking this apartment on behalf of colleagues and you're not travelling with the group, you will need to book using the Airbnb Business Account. This is non negotiable.
Parties are not tolerated at our home and failure to comply will mean termination of the booking.
Please avoid wearing shoes in the house. All areas are covered in a neutral carpet and we would kindly ask that guests remove and store their shoes in the hallway. There's a shoe storage cupboard in place to store shoes.
All doors and windows should be closed and locked when leaving the house.
For additional safety, appliances should not be left running when unattended i.e. overnight or when leaving the property.
