This duplex apartment has recently been entirely refurbished. Comprising of 3 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen diner, the apartment has a neutral theme throughout.
Set in the heart of Kew, the apartment is 4 mins walk to Kew Gardens tube and overground stations and 6 mins walk to the world famous Kew Gardens.
The apartment is ideally located for exploring Kew, Richmond and London which is under 30 mins away by tube.

The space

Our apartment is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting. Newly refurbished and neutral, our home is 5 mins walk to the underground and 30mins from London's West End.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction with guests

I don't reside in London, but I'm always contactable by phone and circa 1hr - 1.5hrs away, in no traffic, if I have to get to the apartment to assist with any matters following checkin.

Kew square is just a few minutes walk and it has coffee shops, restaurants, bank, post office etc.

If you're booking this apartment on behalf of colleagues and you're not travelling with the group, you will need to book using the Airbnb Business Account. This is non negotiable.

Parties are not tolerated at our home and failure to comply will mean termination of the booking.

Please avoid wearing shoes in the house. All areas are covered in a neutral carpet and we would kindly ask that guests remove and store their shoes in the hallway. There's a shoe storage cupboard in place to store shoes.

All doors and windows should be closed and locked when leaving the house.
For additional safety, appliances should not be left running when unattended i.e. overnight or when leaving the property.

You must also acknowledge
Must climb stairs - 1 flight of stairs to the first floor from ground level and another flight to the top floor bedrooms.
Potential for noise - There is a restaurant on the ground floor, but there has never been an issue or any guest feedback associated with it as it is very quiet.
No parking on property - There is no allocated parking at our apartment. However, there is metered street parking and some free parking-guest should check this out in advance

If you are looking for a super clean apartment that is really close to a tube station then this is the place for you. You could eat your dinner off the bathroom floor - it's that new and clean! And Michael is extremely attentive, kind and caring - so what's not to love?!

Michael was an excellent host. His house is lovely, even better than in the pictures! It is situated in a very nice and well comunicated area really close to Kew Gardens. The house was full equiped and really clean. Michael even left us some breakfast and flowers! We had a really good time and we hope to have the opportunity to stay in the house in the future.

A wonderful newly refurbed upstairs townhouse above a great restaurant (no noise). Very close to Kew Gardens and a nearby town square with all the amenities we could want or need. There is an easy walk to the tube and overground station and an amazing host. Stayed with a group of ladies on a museum tour. The location was very convenient to all the London attractions without the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We felt safe, comfortable and very at home.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Michael's apartment. Pre travel communication was first rate - without being intrusive, we felt like Michael was a partner in our travel plans, advising on restaurants and public transport etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean with all of the basics (hand soap, washing supplies etc) taken care of - as well as some food supplies to allow for a great arrival snack and drinks) The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms great and the living spaces light and appealing. The location was just superb. We made full use of the local supermarket and restaurants only 3 minutes walk away - but also the underground / overground station was right there too - 20 mins on the district line to South Kensington or a quick change to the rest of the city centre. Overground with one change to Warner Bros and Harry Potter. This was our first AbnB experience and I cannot say enough good things about it. MIchael is an amazing host and the apartment is both wonderful itself and ideally located for a London stay. We hope to be back.

We loved our stay at Michaels home. From the beginning of the booking process until we left everything ran smoothly. Michael responded so quickly to any query I had and made me feel so welcome. So much space over different levels meant that different family members had their own space and privacy. The house is beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location 5 minutes from Kew Gardens and the Kew Gardens train. I would recommend Michaels place highly.
