My place is one block from the J train on an express stop. Most of the day it's 3 stops from Manhattan. There are grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, bars and dollar stores all within a two block radius. It doesn't get much more convenient than this. You’ll love my apt because the building is renovated with condo finishes. Everything is brand new! The apartment is a duplex so we have a huge living room with apple TV. There's a big back yard as well :-).

Probably the best place for the price. Really close to the subway. Bed was comfortable. Room was adequate. Just beware this place has(I think) 5 rooms. And it seems that they are all airbnb. The biggest problem was the bathroom. There are 2 of them with toilet and shower but with so many people in 1 place you can find yourself waiting to use them. Or if you wait too long you might get a cold shower. There were a couple days with no toilet paper and even though it says it has an iron( and I did text Sergio about this cuz he was out of the country) one was not provided. He did however respond back immediately but the problem wasn't solved. So if you are antisocial or like your privacy you should probably keep looking but if all you need is a place to crash after experiencing all New York and are on a budget and don't mind being around strangers then this is a good place to stay

This place it's one block away from the J train that gets to the city in 30 minutes or so. The neighborhood it's quite and I felt safe to walk around late at night. There's a few corner stores and places to grab a quit bite to eat. The room itself it was ok it was fine for me cause I wasn't spending much time in. Now keep in mind that there's other rooms in the apartment that are for rent to so you'll be there with other strangers. This could get a bit uncomfortable because the walls are very thin so I would hear every time a door would open or close and every noise they were making in the kitchen. It didn't bother me much cause I was up early in the morning but if your trying to sleep in this could be an issue. The bathroom at times was not the cleanest so keep that in mind too. As far as Sergio the host goes I never saw him the whdays I was there

We didn't see Sergio but he gave us clear instructions how to enter the apartment. The location is alright, it takes you in 20 to 25 minutes to downtown Manhattan. Unfortunately there was a problem with the cleaning staff, they didn't cleaned the bathroom properly.

Sergio was very communicative and and the location is very close to public transportation. Space is clean and perfect if you want a quiet place to sleep at night.
