It's £27 a night, but after tax and cleaning fees, I end up paying £88 for 2nights, which is good for the location. The room itself was acceptable, however the way to the room was very scary that I was scared to go back. It was in a nice building as mentioned in the description, but the actually room is entered through another door to the back of that nice building and it looks like an abandon house. It was a misleading advertisment. Personally, I would pay a bit more for better place. I went in August and it was way too hot to stay at night. I asked to borrow a fan but couldn't get it since Patricia said it's Sunday and shops close, plus the second day were not hot anymore. However the room was still very hot when the city is cooler, since the wind doesn't go through that tiny window. So I went out and went back to the room only at late night so it's cooler. Another thing is there is no toilet, and you need to use one on the hall way.. which was also really scary.

Patricia was not there - but made very sure I was welcomed by someone who was, and responded very promptly whe I had queries. She also was very keen to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Patricia, I would stay again. Very close to the Eiffel Tower!!

This place can be seen as a diamond in the rough. The room itself is very well-maintained and clean. The pictures show it all with 100% accuracy; what you see is what you get. Even the toilet room is around the corner and was always clean. The stairs are indeed narrow and it is 7 flights of stairs, so if you're not in good shape or hate exercising, this place is not for you. Other than that, it was quiet, pleasant, and clean.

The pictures and reviews kinda say it all. It's very small I wouldn't say more than one traveler. The location is prime and easy to get the trains and buses down because it's so central to everything you need. I got lost and wandered to the eiffel tower by accident and it's about a 10 min walk. I felt very safe in the neighbor hood. The window and fan provided kept the room cool enough (also had relatively mild weather). As people have said it's very scary at night due to such few lights. The hike up the stairs is not fun at all and the neighbors are quite noisy which woke me up a few times. I stayed for a short time and was out most of the time just went back to sleep shower and change. I will highlight the location and the low price. I feel it's worth it if a lone traveler wants to explore Paris for a few nights and wants to stay in a room to themselves.

Toilet outside of room. 7th floor and no elevator. Noisy fridge. Low price.
