Our place is close to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, A,C,B,2,3,6 Line , Brooklyn Museum of Art, BAM, lots of good restaurants and cafes. We have a great patio with a wonderful view of Manhattan and plenty of space to lay out or eat a meal, 2 large sky lights in the apartment, very quite. Great neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Best for 2 people, can sleep 3 with sleeping mats and extra blankets.

The space

Our apartment is a walk up. No elevator in building, but the view makes up for the extra exercise : )

Our small dog lives in the apartment and we keep it very clean, but if you have severe allergies then it might not be the best place. Of course he won't actually be there while you are though.

Please feel free to contact with any questions.

This was the perfect place for a week's stay. A great location in Brooklyn on a quiet street close to Prospect Park, with easy access to Manhattan by subway. The neighbourhood is lovely with plenty of choice for food and drinks for a number of blocks in each direction, and the views from the top floor patio are amazing! Easy communication with Taj which made organising our stay very simple. The apartment is exactly what you would expect from the photos. Large living/kitchen space with access to patio, standard bathroom, smallish bedroom with some storage space and a lovely skylight. Would happily stay here again.

We stayed at this apartment for a week while we waited for our own nearby apartment to be move-in ready. We enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient for us - close to the park, restaurants, and weekend farmer's markets. We really enjoyed eating on the terrace, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The mattress was very thin and firm and there is not much seating elsewhere in the apartment, so it is better for exploring the surrounding neighborhood rather than spending a lot of time in the apartment. Sam and Taj were easy to communicate with and responsive.

This place is in a great location with a wonderful view! The space is light and airy. The shower takes a while to heat up, but once it does, it feels great. The apartment is close to multiple subway stations and the little market on the corner has everything you need. Thank you for letting us check in early after a red eye flight from SF, glad we got to fit in a nap before exploring the city. Our dog also enjoyed the apartment!

This apartment is in a perfect location; walking distance to anything you might want. We particularly like Prospect park, the Botanic Gardens and farmers market. The apartment is bright and cheerful. The deck is to die for! We sat out on Christmas day for a short while since it was so warm. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator which was very helpful for cooking a Christmas turkey. Even though it's 5 flights of stair to walk (no elevator) we would go back. If only it had a comfy chair in the big room.

Nice apartment with one of the most amazing views, definitely would like to come back during the summer to take advantage of the terrace. Great location to get to Manhattan easily, and also close to a lot of interesting places/areas in Brooklyn. Seamless communication, everything worked perfectly.
