A unique, characterful and well-equipped duplex one bedroom apartment on the ground and first floor of a private Victorian building in pretty residential London street. Ideal for solo adventurers and business travellers.
The apartment is entered via its own private entrance leading into a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with double oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine.
Also on the ground floor is an exceptionally light, tastefully decorated reception room with double-height ceiling, feature fireplace, natural oak flooring, large comfortable sofa, easy chair and HD TV - the perfect space to relax and unwind.
A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the light and tranquil master bedroom with a king size bed dressed with high thread count Egyptian cotton linens. There is a small wardrobe with hanging space in addition to ample shelves and chest of drawers. TV, night stands and double glazed sash windows overlooking a pretty balcony.
On the same floor is the bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, traditional pedestal sink and underfloor heating and is well stocked with freshly laundered fluffy cotton towels.
Guests will enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay with fast WiFi. tea and coffee making facilities (Nespresso machine with pods) breakfast cereals and pastries, freshly-laundered cotton linens, good quality towels, towelling bath robe, slippers and Molton Brown toiletries will be provided for use during your stay.
Guests will be given a key by the host on arrival and have sole use and access to everything within the property during their stay.

As your host I will be present to welcome you on arrival and will be available via telephone throughout your stay should you have any queries.
Other things to note
Parsons Green is sought-after, lively and family orientated area however at circa 10:00pm the area becomes very quiet allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is a very safe area with one of London's lowest crime rates. However, in the interest of security, We ask all guests to take reasonable care take care to Chubb lock the door whenever you leave the property. Please be advised that the exterior of the building is protected by 24 hour CCTV.
Guests are invited to enjoy the apartment as a home from home and respect the neighbouring residents right to the quiet enjoyment of their homes.
No smoking in or around the building. Smokers are required to walk at least 100m from the building if they wish to smoke.
No additional/overnight guests. No third party bookings. Guests found to have additional guests who were not declared at the point of booking, and photo I.D. supplied will be charged an additional nightly rate equivalent to that paid by the named guest for each night spent at the property.
Guests are required to ensure they keep the property secure during their stay and secure the property properly on their departure by way of securing all windows and locking the door with the key.
The apartment is not to be used for filming, photography or recording with the intention of broadcast or publication in a public arena. Guests found to be doing so will be charged a commercial filming rate at £1000 GBP per day.
No shoes to be worn inside the apartment. New towelling slippers are provided for each guest.
Please switch off all lights and electrical devices when not inside the apartment.
On arrival all named guest(s) will be required to show valid photo I.D. Please ensure you have this available on arrival for all named parties. Guests unable to provide suitable I.D. will not be permitted access to the property.
