Ignacio was very friendly and welcoming. Great location for accessing the beach. Lots of good food options are really close. Walking to old town was super easy and quick. However, if you're looking for a restful night of sleep, this might not be the place for you. Garbage trucks at 2am, street cleaners all throughout the night, lots of bar foot traffic, even on a week night. There isn't great air circulation in the room so it gets a bit stuffy. The bedding could use an update.

Ignacio was lovely, very kind and welcoming and offered lots of helpful advice on the area. The location was great and I had the best nights sleep I had had in a while. Thank you!

Very good for location, especially for the beach. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy when we were there so we couldn't make the most of the location. Ignacio is very friendly, chatty and helpful with lots of advice for places to visit. However: - There's a very bad smell in the lobby just before entering the room which has lingered for the all time we were there. - The room is very basic, single beds are wide (they are put side by side to form a double bed, but the sheets are for single beds), sheets are old. Thick old blankets don't seem to have been washed in a long time. - The bathroom is actually inside the room (very thin dividing panel and not full height to the ceiling, so there's no privacy if one person is in the bathroom and the other in the bedroom!!), the flush is super noisy so if you need to use the wc at night, your partner will surely wake up. There are no hooks to hang a soap bag or towels, nor a shelf to put them on. There's no cold water in the sink (which is actually in the room btw) - The balcony glass is broken and the shutters don't close properly so it's very noisy at night, despite ear plugs (not only people partying in the bars down below, but also rubbish trucks and other big noisy vehicles at least 3 times during night) In all, i would recommend it only for 1 night if you're keen on the beach and if you're not too fussy or a light sleeper. We personally wouldn't go back, despite Ignacio being very helpful and friendly. I hope he will manage to fix some of the issues we had for the next guests.

Ignacio's flat is very well-located, clean, and cozy! It has a beautiful view down to the beach and overlooks a few bars with pintxos. Ignacio was very communicative and kind, and had several great suggestions for things to see in San Sebastián.
