Just returned from a family weekend at the Priory. It's a lovely place, full of character, with ample outdoor space. It is very peaceful and with the canal and village close by, we were able to get out and about without having to use the car at all. Ended the weekend with a lovely meal at the Barley Mow pub in Cosgrove.

We had a great time in Cosgrove. The Priory is a unique place to stay and was an ideal venue for our weekend away. Although we were an all male group of 8 with a bedroom and double bed each, the house could comfortably accommodate more and would be equally suitable for couples or families. Being an older property it is not perfect, but that is part of its charm and it was an ideal venue for us in terms of the grand surroundings inside and the extensive grounds outside (although be careful on the zipwire - a couple of our number came a cropper thinking that they were younger than they actually are!). We felt very relaxed and combined walking alongside the nearby canal with periods chilling in the communal areas of the house. The large downstairs rooms are great to relax in and the kitchen very well equipped which enabled us to cook and eat meals all together. We also ate out at the nearby Barley Mow pub which is a short walk away and ordered in a Chinese, so all options are available! Our hosts were extremely amenable - Kam helped settle our early arrivers in and Jonathan popped in to check that all was well, which indeed it was. We'd thoroughly recommend The Priory if you are looking for a large venue for your group - you won't be disappointed.

This was a wonderful place to visit. We were a group of 12 and had a great time in an amazing property. Our host was very accommodating and fantastic with communication. The house is a fantastic space for a large group and I could not recommend it more highly.

This place is amazing - everything suggested in the pictures and more! Jonathan is a very welcoming host and there is a very relaxed vibe, which was perfect for a big hen party. We had a butler in the buff and a singer come to visit and that was all no problem. The pool wasn't working, which we would have liked to know earlier but there was a bouncy castle which we happily made use of instead!! There are 2 fridges and a freezer, loads of crockery and glasses and cutlery, the rooms are all beautiful and the table sat all of us for dinner easily! There's a great stereo system and some cool disco lights which were a fab find too! Overall it was everything we could have wanted; we had a great time and our bride was blown away! Thank you Jonathan, Paige and Kam! Xx

The Priory, Cosgrove was the perfect house for our long weekend of Birthday celebrations. I mean, who's ever stayed in a house with an indoor bouncy castle in it? The location is excellent with two great pubs within walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. It takes some time to explore the entire house! Paige & Jonathon were both incredibly welcoming and helpful in arranging catering, etc. The new shower was very powerful. Would definitely stay again for a group event.

The Priory was a great location for a hen weekend. Impressive house, loads of space and a brilliant kitchen to cook all the meals in. Lots of car parking spaces too, which is useful when friends are travelling far. The only downside was 1 shower for 18 girls but there are a few baths too and I believe there are plans to add more showers soon. All-in-all everyone loved it, thanks Paige!
