Our family home set in beautiful gardens is a perfect base to explore the Yorkshire countryside . You can walk to the Gamekeepers Inn for great pub food or visit the picturesque cobbled streets of Grassington.
After a day walking, cycling, visit the pool and Spa complex just a short walk .

Enjoy breakfast served in your private sitting room over looking the garden. Eggs happily provided by our free range hens!
In an evening the sitting room is the perfect place to finish the day with a roaring fire lit (just ask) large television, baby grand piano and library.
Access to your own sitting room with log burning stove and television. Please feel free to play the baby grand piano and enjoy our book collection in this room .
Private bathroom with large double ended bath.
Outside, relax in the courtyard garden where you can enjoy afternoon tea (weather permitting) take a stroll to see the hens and the pigs, check out the veg patch or simply grab a rug and relax on the lawns and take in the beautiful views.
Should you require drying facilities after a wet walk, please don't hesitate to use the drying/boot room. We also have plenty of storage for muddy bikes etc.

No smoking in the house
We want you to feel completely relaxed throughout your stay with us and ask that you also appreciate that this is our home with private areas for the family .
Unfortunately no pets as our dogs may be a little put out.
If you see a teenager please interact, we can't guarantee a response!
My partner and I between us, have 4 teenagers ,
2 Labrador dogs ,
a couple of pigs and plenty of free range hens!
We love walking and socialising with our fantastic friends in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
Traveling and exploring news sights and importantly food experiences is a big part of our lives.
Being a designer , I love architecture and appreciate many different interior styles.
My other half Paul, supports his beloved Bradford City and has a keen interest in WW1 and WW2 history. He also considers himself quite the chef and try's to provide from our veg patch with varying success!
