Minutes from Central Station, the neighborhood is historic, close to the Trotter Park and Naviglio Martesana, renovated and easily accessible by bicycle, both towards the City Center (Brera, Teatro alla Scala, Duomo, Sforzesco Castle) and towards the east Milan, to Trezzo sull'Adda! If you prefer the efficiency of the slow tour offered by tram no.1 (stop DAVANTI at the door of the house) you can take the Red Metro (5 minutes on foot). If you are a cinematic, you will find the 'Cinema Beltrade', via Nino Oxilia 10, which selects and offers great-looking films in all languages. The gentlemen I recommend the 'Pasticceria Martesana', the hungry 'Osteria della Stazione', to the young people of every part the 'Ghe Pensi Mì'. 5 minutes by tube from Central Station, the neighborhood is historic, close to a former heliotherapy colony - Trotter Park - and to the Martesana canal, recently renovated and easily traveled by bike, either to reach the City Center (Brera, Teatro alla Scala, Duomo, Castello Sforzesco) or to go to the countryside east of Milan, until Trezzo! If you prefer the "slow tour" offered by the tramway n. 1 (just IN FRONT the doorway) you can take the Red Metro (5 minutes walk). If you are a movie lovers, you will find the Cinema Beltrade in Nino Oxilia 10, which selects and provides movies of the highest caliber in all languages of the world. To the greedy I recommend: The 'Martesana Pastry', to the hungry: the 'Osteria della Stazione', to the young people: 'Ghe pensi Mì'. My apartment is called "Capolinea 1" because every 7/8 minutes, right in front of the entrance door, the tram no. 1 - the historical one of the 'tour' of Milan (only 1 € and half a ticket!). Inspired by "Hood & Chocolate" colors, with vintage lights and prints from the early '900 for complete relaxation. Large studio (40 sqm), with hallway and bathroom, completely renovated and furnished (2016). 2 sleeping places (in the sofa) and 2 beds on the wall. Indoor garden, maximum tranquility, welcome children. No air conditioning, but vintage ceiling fan. Coffee and chocolates offered by the house. The house is called "Terminal 1" because just 1 front of the main street leaves every 7/8 minutes - it's the historic tramway of the Milan sightseeing tour (with a simple ticket of 1.50 €). Big studio (40 sqm), hallway and bathroom, fully renovated and newly furnished (2016) 2 places in sofabed and 2 foldaway Beds, Inside garden, peace of mind, children welcome. Coffee and chocolates on the house.

The house is called “Terminal 1" because just in front of the main door the tramway n. 1 leaves every 7/8 minutes – it’s the historical tramway of the 'sightseeing tour' of Milan (with a simple 1.50€ ticket!). Inspired by the "Cap & Chocolate " colors, with beginning '900 prints and vintage lights for a complete relax. Big studio (40 sqm) , hallway and bathroom, fully renovated and newly furnished (2016). 2 places in sofabed and 2 foldaway beds. Inside garden, peace of mind, children welcome. No air conditioning, but ceiling vintage fan.
Coffee and chocolates on the house.

We had a great stay at davide's apartment. It is really well situated (near to the central train station, underground & tram network) bright, clean and fully kitted for a city break stay. Davide was great to deal with. A very helpful amenable host. Could not ask for better. Many thanks Davide!

Davide apartment is new. Just refurbished, nice and clean and very easy to get too. There is plenty of natural light as there are 3 Windows in the living area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is everything you will ever need. The beds are very comfortable and I loved the shower water power. I usually travel a lot for my work, and I have spend 4 nights in Davide's place and I felt at home. Highly recommended. Massimo

Very clean, clear flat, new and comfortable furnitures. Good locations, quiet place. The owner, Davide is a very nice man!

Thank you, Brigitta. I hope you did enjoy Milan (even if the Design Week - when you are there for job - could be very stressed...) :-)

Davide studio is big, brand new, well furnish, clean and bright. It was very quite as well. Davide was flexible on the arrival and departure time. He gave us useful information about Milano and the neighborhood. Around the flat is a working class neighborhood but nice, with the possibility to have a drink close to the flat. The city center is easily reachable by tram.

Response from Davide:
Many thanks, Louise. It was a pleasure to host you and your friend and you're welcome for a next (longer) stay in Milan ... I can't believe you've realized how great is the 'design & fashion Italy capital city' in only one day! :-) Davide

We were one your late but Davide waited intill we arrived. And we really felt welcomed in his appartement with a new bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. And we really appreciated that Davide had done Some groceries. There were cool drinks, croissants and fruit. So we didn't have to run to the supermarket, that is around the corner by the way.

Response from Davide:
Imre and his family were really responsive and so nice! It was a pleasure for me to welcome them and I've done just the things I felt right and friendly... Thank you again, Imre, and pardon me if I chose a more 'ethic' solution for refreshing the flat, with a 3 speed fan ... :-)

Davide's place is ideal for travelers who want peace and quiet as well as easy access to Milan's city center. The place is clean, well-equipped, and organized. Tram 1 which is just outside the flat is a perfect way for a hassle-free commute to the Duomo. My friend and I had a pleasant stay and would be glad to contact Davide again should we visit Milan in the future. Davide is a gracious, warm, and accommodating host. Thanks for the welcome treats :)

Thanks for your kind appreciations! You were so nice and it will be a pleasure to welcome you in Milan again. Unfortunately I can't fit a a/c can (for buildings limits) and this is the reason for I put a 3-speed ceiling fan ... :-)))
