Welcome to our charming 35 m² studio located on Rue Marey, a stone's throw from the pedestrian zone.
Perfect for comfortably accommodating up to two people. The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen area with a table and chairs, a modern bathroom and a cozy sleeping area with a double bed.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical, secure building.
As soon as you arrive, you will appreciate its warm atmosphere and beautiful light thanks to the high ceilings.
The entrance leads to the living room area with a sofa bed and a television, and to the right is the fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, refrigerator) with a dining area.
The sleeping area, separated by a curtain, is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a clothes rack for storing clothes.
For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with WiFi, a television, sheets, towels, a tea towel, and soap.
