Condomínio Terraces Bella Vista is located on Av. Main, between streets 6 and 7 of Praia da Espera in Itacimirim, Camaçari/BA.
It is 100 meters from the sand of Praia da Espera, approximately.

Sleeps up to 8 people (between adults and children up to 10 years old).

The house is all furnished and equipped with furniture, appliances and utensils and bedding (sheets and pillowcases, except blankets, duvets or sheets to cover) and bathing suits (face and bath towels).
Air-conditioned suites with air-conditioned splits.
IT DOES NOT HAVE: Beach and pool towels; Sombreiro; Cooler.
SUGGESTIONS TO TAKE: Potes and plastic vessels; Knife for cutting meat; Beach and pool towels; Sombreiro; Cooler; Food and mineral water; Personal hygiene products.
OBS: The house must be delivered organized, without garbage and with the dishes washed so that it is possible to carry out the inspection at the checkout.
Guest access
Guests can have access to the garage space of the unit in the parking lot and the common leisure area of the condominium (pool, shower, soccer field, playground and barbecue by reservation and payment of a fee of R$100.00 for the condominium).
NOTE: It is forbidden to receive visitors or guests in the condominium and in the unit (village) during the period of stay.
Check-in: 2 pm to 4 pm (condominium gatehouse is up to 16 hours). If you have any need to check in before 2pm or after 4pm, please adjust time with the host.
Check-out: 12 a.m. to 3 p.m. (the check-out time can no longer be extended, as the employee needs to inspect the property and receive the keys and then return to Salvador by public transport).
Other things to note
1- Total number of guests: 8 people (between adults and children up to 10 years old);
2- Only one small pet up to 10 kg of docile and calm temperament is allowed access;
3- Separate energy charge (R$30.00/day); Cleaning and laundry fees are automatically charged at the time of booking;
4- Lease agreement is signed with the guest responsible for the rental of the property;
5- It is mandatory to provide the documents of all guests for registration and access in the condominium;
6- It is mandatory to respect the rules of the house and the condominium, including the use of identification wristbands for access to the condominium;
7 - Smoking and having parties and/or events in the property and in the condominium is prohibited;
8- The use of the condominium barbecue is allowed by prior scheduling and payment of a fee of R$100.00 for the condominium;
9- Check-in: 2 pm to 4 pm and Check out: 12 pm to 3 pm;
10- In the summer (December to March) there may be a lack of water, power, gas and internet, due to force majeure.
NOTE: If you do not agree, we advise you not to book or cancel the reservation within the deadline to not be charged, according to cancellation policies.
