This villa is modern designed property on three levels, located just 7 km from the historical town of Dubrovnik. Up to 14 guests in 5 double bedrooms and two adjacent apartments can relax in the villa.
The space
Built into the rocky cliffs of Štikovica, suburban area of Dubrovnik, Villa Amelie is your high-tech hideaway with 180 degree views of the Elafiti Islands, the beautiful archipelago of Dubrovnik.
On 1200m2 plot, the Villa spans 700m2 of living space across three floors connected by stairs and an elevator, featuring 7 master suite type bedrooms.
The five bedrooms located in the main house feature an en-suite bathroom, TV, air-conditioning and views of the Adriatic sea. The two studio apartments in the guest house feature king size beds, bathroom, kitchenette and a private lounge. Interior of the Villa includes living area that embraces openness, framed by glass walls offering breathtaking views. Adjacent, a dining room and a sleek, well-equipped kitchen space completed by a library and a wine room. Infinity pool, the terrace space, sunbeds, and a poolside al-fresco dining area invite social gatherings or intimate dinners beneath the starlit sky. Private gym and a sauna with sea view add an extra touch of luxury.
Accessible via steps from the terrace, a private stone beach plateau awaits. This exclusive spot features a private berth for guests seeking a boat adventure.
For some extra fun guests have table tennis and table soccer on disposal.
