The space

This room features a king-sized bed in the master and a queen sofa bed in the living area, plus modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs in every room, and a private balcony.

As a guest of the residence, you'll have full access to all 1 Hotel South Beach amenities, including the renowned rooftop pool, three additional pools, beach lounges with umbrellas, a hot tub, and a state-of-the-art gym which is the largest hotel gym in North America and includes free access to the group fitness classes. Dine at one of the seven on-site restaurants or indulge in a spa day at the Bamford Wellness Spa. Families will love the Seedlings program for children, offering nature-based activities for kids aged 4-12.

Located at upscale area of South Beach, you're steps from Lincoln Road Mall, fine dining, and vibrant nightlife.
Please note, no daily housekeeping is included, but we can arrange it upon request for an additional fee. Daily Resort Fee will be $66 + 14% Tax per night = $75.24 per night. This is required to be paid for all bookings and paid directly to the hotel (not included in booking price). Overnight Parking is $69.55, paid directly to the hotel at check-in. A $200/day hold for incidentals will be placed on your credit card, refundable upon checkout.
