Adar is so lovely, he waited for us longer then expected without getting any advice as we were not able to call and when we finally arrived was very cheerfull and keen to help and give suggestion. The apartment is simple, and adequate for the cost, you will hardly find something at that price in that area. The neighborhood is very nice and you will find yourself at a walking distance from all the place you would want to go at night.

It was a great time in a very nice neighborood. The place is a quite old, but all convenient. No trouble with hot water, and the bed was comfortable. Very good location, close to public transportation, and just a few stations away from all the monuments. Adar is a very charming person, very kind, but very busy. I hope i do return next year in istanbul.

Staying in Adar's studio space was excellent. The location being one of the best to really reach the other parts of the city easily. A comfortable and cozy place without the hotel surrealist twist.

We arrived late and Adar didn't mind coming to let us in, even though it was quite late at night. He was a very gracious and friendly host and showed us around the area and was a great guide. We were happy with the location of the apartment. The only downside was that the bathroom is a wet-room and is not well ventilated, therefore is very damp. Other than that, the accommodation was satisfactory. We appreciated the hospitality of our host and really enjoyed being close to the tramline and great local restaurants.

Very good place for people who are looking for low cast place in downtown of Istanbul. Great neighbourhood to try Istanbul street food, many great places around where you can have cheap and good Turkish meals. No air conditioner in the room - but the room is not that hot, you can do it, only sometimes the street is too bussy during the night to have opened window.

Hi, I have lived and worked in Istanbul for 15 years in tourism. I have worked in the hotel, transfer and tour business. Having my own business is what I enjoy most. I have worked as hotel managers, restaurant manager and also in the textile business. I am pleased to offer apartments and options for visitors to Istanbul to enable them to enjoy their stay in Turkey as part of my growing accommodations business.

My hospitality and genuine approach to visitors is right up there with the best of Turkish hospitality. You will not be disappointed. I enjoy making sure my customers are comfortable, feel secure and have everything they need to make their stay relaxing.

I am happy to offer an introductory explaination and orientation of the area. Thank you and
looking forward to seeing you.
