Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in Orelle, Chef Lieu.

The 170m2 chalet is in the hamlet of Chef Lieu, a short walk or ski bus ride from the telecabine.

The house sleeps a maximum of 10 people, with 3 bathrooms and one toilet.

With all of the amenities that you need in a home from home; superfast wifi, home sauna and gym with Peloton bike.

The space
The property is located on the main street just up from the Mayors office in Orelle and near to the church. The property has been totally refurbished and features everything you could possibly need for a skiing, cycling or mountain holiday.

The wifi is Starlink, as the local service is poor, this ensures that working from Orelle is possible on video conferences calls.

The house is situated just a couple of minute drive from the Orelle ski lifts (with parking), providing access to the 3 Valleys, the world's largest ski area with 600 km of slopes and 200 ski lifts (Courchevel, Méribel, Brides-les-Bains, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens, and Orelle). In less than 15 minutes, ultra-modern gondolas take you to the summit of Val Thorens at over 3,200 meters altitude!

The accommodation:
There are steps to enter the house and the front door takes you straight into the hallway and living room, with large windows and small balconies with mountain views. The living room has beautiful original feature stone wall and wooden ceilings. There are two sofas and an addition 2 fluffy chairs. Additionally there is a desk and chair for a home working, and a console table containing family games. There is also a TV, and a toilet.

The kitchen has beautiful views, and all of the amenities necessary. The dining table seats 10, and there is also a small sideboard.

Through the stairs in the lounge you can access the first floor where there are two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: with a balcony looking over the mountains, and views from the bed. There is a king sized ottoman bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The floor is reclaimed wood with a rug.

Bedroom 2: with zip link twin beds which make up either 2 singles or a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a chest of draws. There is also a wooden floor and rug.

Shower room: there is a showroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Ground floor: bedroom with zip link double bed / 2 single beds and en-suite shower room with toilet, sink and shower.

Downstairs
Snug / bedroom: with an L-shaped double sofa bed, side tables, a rug and projector TV, this is a flexible second lounge, or TV room.

Bedroom 4: further king sized ottoman bed, bedside tables as well as a chest of draws.
En-suite: this room has a shower room en-suite which contains a shower, toilet and sink.

Basement: accessed by walking outside and down the steps. The basement contains storage space for bikes and skis. There is also a washer dryer.

Games room: with table football, rug and bench.

Gym / Sauna: weights bench and weights, well as a peloton bike and a sauna.

Other activities: tennis rackets, balls and pétanque set. The tennis court is a few minutes walk down the will and the pétanque pitch on the left hand side on the road to La Fusine about a 2 minute walk.

For Peloton bike usage you will need to have your own Peloton account. We do not provide Peloton shoes.

Hello, I'm Emily. My family and I are fortunate to live in a fabulous location in the middle of the UK. We are also lucky to be able to travel to the 3-Vallees in France and use Orelle as a base location for skiing in Val Thorens through to Meribel and Courcheval.
