Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious, light and airy lounge with corner unit sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD player, and a selection of board games. Free standing dining table with four chairs adjacent to kitchen area. The holiday home can accommodate six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted cupboards and an en-suite toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted cupboards. A double sofa bed is to be found in the lounge.

The space
Main bedroom has a double bed, with an en-suit toilet and wash basin. Ample storage for clothes both in cupboards above the bed and a wardrobe.

Second bedroom has two single beds with storage and a small wardrobe.

Bathroom has a walk in shower with wash basin and toilet.

Fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Table to seat four people.

Living area has a double sofa bed, TV, DVD player and electric fire. Large sofa to seat at least 6 people.

Decking outside to enjoy the summer sunshine. There is an 8 seater picnic bench on the plot, as well as a BBQ in the shed for guests to use. Extra fold away table and chairs can also be found in the shed.

Space for parking up to three cars.

There are steps up to the front door, but then inside everything is step free.

Located on plot 44, so close to the main square (about a 5 minute walk or less), but still secluded and quiet.

Other things to note
Onsite activities happen throughout the summer. There is a shop on site, restaurante and bar. The outdoor pool is open in the summer and free to use. The gym, sauna, steam room and indoor pool incur a small charge. You can find boke hire on site, as well as many play areas for children and walks in the woods. There is also a steam train which you can catch onsite which runs between Kelling Heath, Holt and Sheringham.

Many attractions a short drive away, including Sheringham, Cromer and the historic market town of Holt.
