Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll love the comfort and creativity here! ( rental 1 month and above, tenant will pay the electricity bill )

Sorry we don't accommodate viewing before rent. If you are not sure pls book for just 2 weeks and extend there after. Secondly we don't offer further discount from what published in Airbnb. Monthly discount is already offered via Airbnb. Please help us to survive and offer affordable accommodation to everyone.

Usage for water = Owner absorb
Usage for internet = Owner absorb
Usage for electricity ( for stay above 1 month ) = payable by tenant at RM60cents per 1kwh usage. In normal usage will be around RM50 to RM75 a month.

Sorry we have to charge for electricity to cover our cost incase any tenant that may overly usage electricity. Rest assure if use normally will be just a fraction of the total rental ( usually RM50 to RM75 a month )

Usage of gym and pool are free from 10am to 10pm daily.
