Bring your family to this charming coastal condo located in Ocean Forest Villas-a safe, security-monitored, residential community in the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach. Your own private balcony overlooks the ocean and pool. A private beach access leads to the beach for your enjoyment.

OFV-HOA monitors policies such as quiet hours and fire code violations. (leaving things in hallway) These violations can result in fines. If citations are received, they will be the responsibility of the guest.

The space
This condo is in Building B on the second floor, right over the pool. It has a beautiful ocean view!! The pool is surrounded by plenty of lounging chairs and a kiddie pool is available just steps away between Building C and Building D. This property is minutes away from many restaurants, water and land amusement parks, golf courses, shopping areas, music venues, and outlet malls. There are Myrtle Beach Arcades and boardwalks just a short distance away. There is no shortage of things to do for all ages at Myrtle Beach.

Notice: Ocean Forest Villas does not allow renters to bring pets. You will sometimes see owners with registered pets.
**Security is very visible on this property. If you want a extremely safe quiet property this is the place for you.

Guest access
You will have the whole condo. There is a family room with a large sleeper sectional and a Smart TV. Each of the bedrooms have a queen bed and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, a crock pot, air fryer, mixer, toaster, and plenty of pots and pans. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
There are grilling areas on the site, but grilling can't be done on the balcony.
The laundry area is two doors down from our space.

Other things to note
We love our beach hideaway and hope you will too. There are no elevators in the building, but you only have 15 stair steps before arriving to this extra safe but "beachy" condo.

Ocean Forest Villas is the perfect spot for guests wanting a safe, quiet, and beautiful vacation.
