Balneário is a quiet and welcoming neighbourhood, ideal for those who want to relax and at the same time have everything close by. The region is residential, safe and well-structured, with small markets, bakeries, pharmacies, Redemarket supermarket, bus station, car rental, snack bars, pizzeria, hamburger shop, McDonalds, restaurants (self-service, a la carte, Japanese, steakhouse, seafood, etc.) fire department and local shops just a few minutes' walk away.

Access is easy, with circular bus lines passing through the neighbourhood and quick exits to downtown Angra and the port — great for those who want to take boat trips or explore other beaches. It is close to the centre, and you can also walk there while enjoying the beautiful view of Anil beach.

It is a simple, familiar and practical place, perfect for those seeking comfort, silence, rest and convenience during their stay.
