Location

New Buckenham, United Kingdom

The village is friendly and has an active community. It has its own castle ruins, a village green with a market cross building and a whipping post. There are wonderful walks all around the outskirts including the commons history can be traced back to the 12c.
A number of orchids grow on the common as do huge and unusual fungi.
It's also a great area for bird spotting.
The village has a great gastro pub (book ahead), a village general shop and a fantastic coffee shop selling home made sweets and savouries. We also have some of the rarest bats in the U.K. here in New Buckenham.

Caryn is a semi retired artist educator who loves art, interior design and dancing especially Latin. Tony was nicknamed the ‘Rock and Roll Chef’ because he was a private chef to stars such as Roger Taylor from Queen and royalty on their private yachts and on land. Tony loves growing and selling cacti and succulents so they plan to sell plants from their home and shop in New Buckenham from November 2020. Tony and Caryn also have a lovely urban style 1 bed flat that will be available on Airbnb late in 2020. Sleeps 4. 10 mns walk to centre of Norwich.
