The space
This moody modern home boasts an updated kitchen, living and dining space with a half bath available just for guests! The couch folds down into a bed for anyone spending the night or would be perfect for kiddos. The kitchen will be ready for all your cooking needs, including a gas stove, an air fryer/pizza oven, and dishwasher. Relax while watching a big 55'' TV that has access to all your favorite streaming apps.

The moody bedroom has a queen bed. Attached is the updated main bathroom with a walk-in shower with a shelf for sitting if you need! There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the bedroom for your convenience!

Out the back of the house is a detached garage that will fit one car if your choose! There is also a fire pit in the backyard behind the garage and a huge back yard if you have any dogs or kids that need to burn energy!
