CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is after 3PM, Check-out is before 12AM
*LUGGAGE, EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT*
If you need to store your luggage BEFORE/AFTER check-in/check-out, I recommend you to use the LOCKER at the station. They have it in different size and prices (300-500yen/day), secure and super easy to use.
My listings are usually fully booked back to back, therefore EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT will be difficult in most cases.
Full access inside the apartment. Avoid access to other floors and roof inside the building.
Interaction with guests
This apartment is basically “SELF CHECK IN & SELF CHECK OUT" but I'll be available online or phone whenever you need me.
The apartment is close to Shinjuku's most exciting area "Kabukicho" where you get everything from food, drinks, clubs and lots of other entertainments. The Korean town is just around the corner where you can buy affordable cosmetics and a duty free shopping center is one block away from the building.
Shinjuku is also a shopping destination for cosmetics, electronics, fashion and luxury goods. Staying in Shinjuku provides you mobility whereever you go in Japan.
Whether you're coming from Haneda or Narita, head straight to Shinjuku JR central station. From there, taxi is easiest, 5-6 min for $8-10. By train, one stop to the nearest station. It is also walkable from Shinjuku central station but not recommended during the hot summer.
Tokyo's public transportation is very safe and efficient, I'll recommend you to use the JR, Metro and sometimes taxi while you are here to get around.
Other things to note
FROM SHINJUKU STATION to:
Tokyo Station (14min)
Haneda Airport (40min)
Narita Airport (1hour40min)
Tokyo Disneyland (45min)
I hope you enjoy my home as i do. Please treat my lovely studio as your own. Also please respect the local culture and my neighbors.

Hi, I’m Shun.
I'm Japanese, born and raised in Nagoya and spend my school days in Osaka. Now, I live in Tokyo.
Though I am still beginner for airbnb, I'd like to learn how to make them happy by this room.
I haven’t lived in foreign countries, but I am working for a global company. So I can speak English even though it is not fluent. Please feel free to ask anything in English.
