House Rules

Parking is provided for 2 cars in front of our chalet. Visitor parking is provided in the visitor parking lot behind our chalet.

This is our personal chalet, and not a high volume hotel. We have put a lot of attention in detail so we are hoping that you will enjoy your stay while at the same time respect our chalet. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please remove your shoes and boots when you enter the chalet. We have nice carpets in the bedrooms, lower level and the stairs so we want to keep them clean and in good condition for you and future guests. We also have hardwood floors in the main living room and dining room, and ceramic in the kitchen and bathrooms that we also want to protect.

Our development is family oriented with after-hours noise restrictions. Please ensure that this property is suitable for you and your group, based on the policies summarized below.

The person making the booking must be present during the stay, and is responsible for the chalet and for ensuring that others within the group are aware of our policies herein and abide by them. Please note that the chalet only sleeps 8 people including children.

No Smoking Inside Chalet - Smoking Outside is Permitted
We allow smoking outside on our deck and patio. Please ensure all cigarettes are extinguished and dispose of cigarette butts in an appropriate container. Thank you.

No smoking in the chalet. If for any reason the chalet has to be deodorized due to smoking a cost of $500 will be applied to your rental cost after you check out.

Seniors are welcome. Please note that the bedrooms are only accessible by stairs. Please feel free to request a list of senior friendly activities.

Property access and interior is not suitable for persons with restricted mobility.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information
The front door access code will be provided normally 24 to 48 hours in advance of your check in date.

Policy Description

Amenity Terms of Use
Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the guest responsible.

Bike Storage
Storage available under deck. Lost or stolen property is not the responsibility of the owner.

Location of Pools - seasonal
The developments two communal heated pools are approximately a 5 minute walk from our chalet and are located next to the golf club house parking lot. The pools are open summer only (they normally open late June and close early September). You can also park there if you prefer. The pools are normally open from 9 a.m. until unset. There is a washroom and a outdoor shower. You are allowed to bring snacks, coolers etc. There is a lot of chairs around the pool as well. In the evening there is a fire pit located just outside the pools gates. You will find 8 beach towels in our chalet under the main floor bathroom sink.

Check-In Time: 3 p.m.
This is to ensure our cleaning staff have sufficient time to clean between bookings.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Complaints Concerning Property
Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Excessive Cleaning Costs
Housekeeping over and above the norm will result in extra billing withheld from security / damage deposit. Please remind your group (family and guests) to be careful when bringing their luggage in and when taking it out to prevent marking the walls. Thank you.

Excessive Noise
This is a Quiet area. Any complaints could result in eviction. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Garbage Removal
Garbage should be removed from the condo prior to departure. Garbage bins are located across the road from our chalet. Black bins are for garbage and the green bins are for recyclables

Before arrival and after departure. The moving of furniture within the chalet is strictly forbidden. This causes a lot of damage to the walls, paintwork & furniture! Any furniture that has been moved will be subject to a potential charge from your deposit for it to be returned.

Internet Availability & Usage
Cogeco High Speed Internet / WiFi is available at no additional charge for your e-mails and general use. If excessive downloads are done during your stay such as movies, etc. then an additional fee would be withheld from security / damage deposit. Appropriate use of Internet is required by all users in the chalet. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure all users are aware and respect the noted Internet Acceptable Use Policies. We are not responsible for any injuries to guest and / or their visitors while they are on our property or at any location on the La Bete Golf Course or anywhere else in the Mont-Tremblant area. We are not responsible for any of your or your guests personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left behind during your stay. Due to our proximity to nature and surrounding forest, we are not responsible for any damage or inconvenience that may be caused by wildlife i.e. deer, raccoon, mice, squirrels etc. Thank you.

Locking Door
It is the responsibility of the renter to lock the door when they are not in the chalet. Please enter the access code and turn bolt counterclockwise. Check to ensure the door is locked before leaving. Thank you.

Maintenance Emergencies
A cell phone number is provided.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity
8 people maximum including children. We don't allow large groups beyond our sleeping capacity to stay or use our property for any purpose.

Missing Items
Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated security / damage deposit policies.

Parking & Ticketing
You must park only in the 2 marked designated parking spots in front of our chalet. In the event that a 3rd or more car is parked in front of our chalet it could be towed at renters expense. There is a designated visitors parking lot located behind our chalet on the hill which is a 2 minute walk. Thank you.

Property Damage
A security damage deposit of $500 for any damage that is found to our chalet and/or property is required with the final payment. Please remind your group (family and guests) to be careful when bringing their luggage in and when taking it out to prevent marking the walls. Sporting equipment such as bikes, golf clubs, skis, snowboards, poles, etc. are not to be stored in the chalet. If for any reason the walls are damaged and painting is required then we reserve the right to deduct this repair and painting cost from your security deposit. The renter is responsible for ensuring they are present when the dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove/oven and showers/bath are being used.

Amazing stay close by to Mont tremblant. The chalet was beautiful, super clean, and well stocked allowing us to enjoy our extended ski weekend to the fullest. Would easily recommend this place to anyone visiting the Mont Tremblant area and would not hesitate to return. Scott was easy to communicate with and made the stay a breeze.

We really liked the Chalet. Nice, clean place, nicely stocked with necessities. Scott was a nice and communicative host. However, the pools are communal, not private and at some distance. They were not that warm and didnt have any light, so became unusable after dark. The ad title is misleading, the chalet is not "with" pools, it's with access to them.

As a first time Air BNB user I could not have asked for a better experience. Scott was an wonderful host. He provided me with alot of information prior to my visit. The condo was located in a perfect spot for the Ironman event that I participated in. His place was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean, all of the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and all the furnishings looked brand new. The pool was great for my kids. Next time I return I will be looking to rent his place again. Would highly recommend staying in this location.
