Our newly renovated warm and comfortable stand alone barn is situated in the rural surrounding of Waikouaiti. Located within a short walk to the stunning beach and boundering the Hawksbury Lagoon Wildlife Reserve, this is a haven for keen birdwatchers, seal spotters and nature lovers alike.
Waikouaiti is a lovely historical seaside town just 30 mins north of Dunedin and 45 mins south of Oamaru. Local amenities include: Bakery, Dairy, Petrol Station, Pub, Library, Golf Course and more.

Thank you for making all three of us feel so welcome! We had an amazing time and the location was ideal. Loved having the horses nearby too. The fresh food brought to us daily was a lovely and well appreciated touch! 10/10 guys 😊
