Our house is cozy, functional and very well located, ideal for families seeking rest near the sea.
It has 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people.
The kitchen is compact and meets the needs of the stay well.
The property is simple, but organized, quiet and designed for those who want to enjoy the beach and relax.
🌊 We are very few steps from the beach, in a quiet region, with shallow sea and weak waves, ideal for children. There are no kiosks, and the beach is not lit at night. For evening entertainment, you can head to the center of Búzios.
🚶 Great area for hiking and rest at the end of the day.
What sets us apart is our prime location, close to the beach and en route to the main areas of Búzios.
For shopping, there is a shopping center with bars, restaurants, steakhouses, and a market just a 10-minute drive away.

The garage is closed, it's just not covered. The garage and house space is all for the guest.

There is a staircase on the side of the house that gives access to the slab, it is still under renovation, so please be careful.
