External Areas
The house has a balcony, perfect for setting up hammocks and relaxing, whether on the first floor or in the couple's suite. On the house's balcony, you will find an additional full bathroom, offering greater convenience and privacy to guests. In addition, there is a large wooden table, perfect for your meals, ensuring comfort and practicality.
In the garden, you will find coconut trees that bring a tropical touch to the environment, as well as a 5-seat jacuzzi, ideal for moments of leisure and rest. Next to the jacuzzi, in the pool area, there is a high wooden table with 3 stools and two wooden sun chairs, providing a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the good times.
The outdoor area also has a barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a support sink to facilitate the preparation of food and drinks. For those who like to enjoy the weather to the fullest, it is also possible to set up hammocks in the outdoor area, creating an even more cozy atmosphere.

Living Room and Pantry: The room has a cabinet and an equipped pantry, where you will find crystal glasses for sparkling wine and wine, beer glasses, white tableware and utensils to set up a dining table. Also, there is a mini pantry with a sink for your convenience.
Full Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, cold water dispenser, cabinets, and a sideboard to facilitate food preparation. There is also an industrial two-burner stove and all the pots and pans needed for a good meal. To ensure more practicality, you will also find an air fryer, blender, mixer, microwave and grill, perfect for preparing delicious dishes with ease.
Bedrooms and Bathroom
First Bedroom: This room is equipped with 4 single beds. The room is lined, with air conditioning and blackout curtains, ensuring a great rest.
Second Bedroom: Equipped with a standard double bed and a single bed, it is also lined, has air conditioning and blackout curtains.
Bathroom: The bathroom is comfortable, with white ceramics and a good shower, providing a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Couple's Suite (Second Floor)
On the second floor, you will find the couple's suite, which has a private balcony. The bed is a standard double. The atmosphere is comfortable and ideal for moments of relaxation, with air conditioning, a fan and the possibility of setting up a hammock both in the bedroom and on the balcony. For your entertainment, the suite also features a Smart TV.

The house is situated on a quiet street with direct access to the beach, offering easy access to the sea and moments of relaxation by the water. The surrounding area is calm and without much movement, ensuring the privacy and serenity you seek for your stay.
Next to the residence, you will find local markets, ideal for buying basic items. For larger and more sophisticated purchases, it is recommended that they be made before check-in, as the location further away from the large stores provides a quieter and more isolated environment. The house is perfect for those who want to enjoy privacy and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
