The space
Our ranch style home, is situated on a canal, offering tranquil waterfront living. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an open living and kitchen area. Built in 1962, fully Updated and renovated last year.
The coastal living interior boasts a fresh, open layout designed for relaxation, with inviting living areas suitable for both Family and Friends. The fully equipped kitchen complements the expansive screened lanai, which provides captivating water views and a gentle Florida breeze.
The property's prime location offers close proximity to downtown. Naples' attractions, including 5th Avenue shopping and dining, Tin City, Bayfront, (boat rental available) and the pristine beaches boarding the Gulf of Mexico. Canal-front living allows residents to enjoy the tranquility of the water and the abundance of nature right from their doorstep.
An enhanced serene waterfront lifestyle with convenient access to Naples' vibrant downtown, making an ideal choice for those seeking peaceful yet connected experience.

Guest access
You, as our guest, have free reign of the entire main house (self-check-in) with exception of the Garage.
There is a mother-in-law suite next door that is currently being slowly renovated (time permitted).

Other things to note
There are three bicycles on the property that are there for you to use. Take advantage and hit the bike trail and Freedom Park that runs through the heart of Naples.
