Interaction with guests
I generally will be away from Hong Kong when you will be staying, so unfortunately it's unlikely we will meet. However, if I can show you around I would be happy to do so if you would like.
The East end of Hollywood Road is where Soho (bar and restaurant area) stops and Sai Ying Pun begins. There are a number of western influences if you head West on Hollywood Road, such as craft beer bars, hidden restaurants and lots of coffee shops. Heading East and down, Sai Ying Pun hosts many Dried Seafood Shops and a glimpse at more traditional Hong Kong culture. In many ways the location is a threshold.
Historically, Possession Street, the next street along is where the British first landed in Hong Kong prior to the colonial period. These days it is your pathway from the relative quiet of Hollywood Road, to the hustle and bustle of Sheung Wan with it's many shops and super markets such as Fusion.
MTR Train: Sheung Wan (Exit A2) is the closest MTR Station, at circa 10 minute walk. However, Sai Ying Pun (Exit A1) is a similar walking time.
Bus: Bus 26 operated by (Citybus & NWFB) goes from outside the apartment towards Wanchai and Causeway Bay (Details: )
Other things to note
The curtains are good for darkening the room at night, though if you are a light sleeper you may require an eye mask especially if you wish to sleep during the day.
