About this listing

My place is close to Bagel Pub, Owl Farm, The Dram Shop, Table 87, Olivier Bistro, and a thousand other places! You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness, the proximity to so many things to do and see, and we are half a block from F. G and R trains.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Other things to note

Here are some recent reviews from guests who stayed at our apartment:

We stayed in the flat for a whole week to Discovery New York and it was the best place we could have found! There was the charm of a flat, that has a long history but is very well transferred into today's needs. Everything was clean and worked well. Thanks to Anna, who is a wonderful host. She gave us advice and answered all our questions. We strongly recommend this flat to others.

Anna was a great host. She was really welcoming - she responded to messages promptly and was full of lots of useful information about the apartment and the area. The apartment was in a fantastic location - right in the middle of Park Slope, with supermarkets, parks and restaurants all close by. The apartment was very clean and cosy. We were a family of three and the apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is on the top floor, so may not be the best for anyone who has trouble with stairs but we found it no problem at all. I would definitely recommend Anna's apartment to anyone looking to stay in Brooklyn! Thanks again Anna.

Anna was possibly the best Airbnb host I've had to date. went out of her way to make sure communications between us were good, then wrote up a perfect guide to the neighbourhood and just made it easier after 3 hectic weeks of training. the apartment was brilliant. tidy, clean and in a great location. this is the place you want to stay at if you are in NYC and don't fancy staying in Manhattan

We had a amazing time in Brooklyn thanks to Anna's apartment. Really well located (close to 3 subway lines), nice atmosphere and welcoming place. The apartment was exactly what we expected. Thanks Anna & Sandye for making our trip in NYC a very nice one!

Good sized apartment in a great location. So close to shops and restaurants as well as Prospect Park. And if you want to pop into Manhattan, the subway is just around the corner. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The aircon was quite noisy which helped with some of the noise from the street / rail but aside from that it was perfect for us and our toddler!

We had a wonderful trip to Brooklyn to see family and found Anna's apartment to be the perfect fit. We enjoyed the location due to it's proximity to restaurants and parks, and our small children loved discovering the toys and books in the apartment. The space was as advertised. Clean and plenty of space for our family of 4. We will definitely be requesting this apartment again for future trips to Brooklyn! Thank you Anna!

Sandye and Anna provided us with tons of info on the area and places to eat and visit. We were easily able to pick up the keys close by. The apartment was as described, very comfortable for my husband and our two children. Very clean and well kept. It was on the top floor, so I believe it was the 3rd floor. Be prepared to walk up stairs with your luggage. It was a very hot day and window unit struggled to cool the place down for the night. Great location in Park Slope, close to everything and accessible street parking.
Karen

Apartment was great, quiet and bright. We happen to have a car with us and found street parking easily.

Anna met us at the apartment and handed us the keys. She was helpful in providing us the information around that area. The location was superb. Near to subway stations, many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is also a quiet and safe area. We did not encounter any problem while staying there. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking some meals. Very convenient to have a dish washer. Also convenient to have washer and dryer for longer stay. There are also plenty of towels. Please bear in mind this is a third floor apartment. It takes a bit of effort to take the luggages up. Otherwise, the daily climb up and down the stairs is a good form of exercise. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to experience staying in Park Slope.

Staying in Park Slope is an awesome experience. The apartment was clean and spacious. Sandye provided detailed instructions making it easy to check in and check out at my convenience and she also provided a wonderful guide of possible activities in NYC. Thanks for the wonderful experience Anna!

This apartment was clean and beautiful, the location was amazing for our needs being right by a subway stop and the venue we were attending. All the amenities were present that we needed. We could not have been more comfortable and the check in process was painless, our host met us with they key! I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Anna's Airbnb manager Sandye provided full details about the apartment, neighborhood and check-in. We picked up the keys from her mailbox 3-4 blocks away. It was great to be able to store our luggage in the hallway for a few hours before check-in. The building is historic (built in 1899) and thus the interior stairs are a bit rickety. Except for some ants in the bathroom, the apartment was clean however. I stayed with my boyfriend and another friend, who slept on the futon in the living room. One thing to note is that the bedroom is very small and the bed is very squeaky (even just when you sit on it)! Also, if you are traveling during the summer, the single AC unit is only in the main living space and the bedroom can get a bit stuffy with just a box fan. This wasn't a huge issue for us in early June but I could imagine it getting really hot in July or August! Thanks for hosting us!

This is a very comfortable home for visiting Brooklyn and New York, the subway is literally a three minute walk and fifth avenue , half a block away, has an unending amount of restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with our 9 month old boy. He loved it! It has a big open living room and kitchen so he loved to crawl around everywhere and explore. He also loved looking out the windows at the people on the street. My only complaint was that the bed was really loud - very squeaky to get in and out, not sure why. So that was kind of tricky with a baby sleeping right next to you in a crib. But that was only a small imperfection.

Anna's place was perfect for our quick getaway to NYC. The place had everything you could need and the area had tons to offer. We also enjoyed the personal touches, like the mini chalkboard by the door and the postcards with stamps! Much appreciated, Anna!

This apartment was everything I expected and wanted! The living room is spacious and it was so nice to have the windows open and see trees but also hear the sounds of the city. It is very close to the train and within easy walking distance to the park. The bedroom was pristine with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was great size for a New York apartment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hello future guests! I'm a working mother of two kids (teenage boy and young girl). My husband and I own a tattoo shop and fine jewelry and piercing shop on Seventh Ave in Park Slope. We also own and operate a guest house in Franklin, New York (Franklin Guest House, also on Airbnb), in case you are interested in a rural country experience. This Brooklyn apartment is a great, economical jumping off point to explore the (literally) thousands of places and things Brooklyn has to offer, and is a 20 minute train ride to lower Manhattan. We hope we can be of service to you!
