Other things to note
- Colombian law requires reporting your information to migration. You must complete a form on the Hospy platform, you will get an email for it. Access to the property will be granted only if all guests are duly registered on the 'Hospy' platform, which is our official means for guest registration with the Ministry of Tourism. (Photos of the documents are requested)
- In reception, original documents of guest and visitors are requested.
- Minors must enter with one of their parents and present their printed identification and civil registration of the child's birth. Admission is prohibited as long as they do not enter with their parents. In case of traveling without the parents, a notarized permit with photocopies of the parents' cards is required.
- As property managers intended for tourism, we welcome Law 1336 of 2009 that fights against exploitation, pornography and sex tourism with children and adolescents.
-Only one visitor is allowed at a time in the apartment. Before check-in, please share your visitor's details (name, ID, and photo) with our host.
Please note that only current legal documents are accepted: cédula para Colombianos and passport for foreigners.
- The use of Netflix is with personal accounts, not provided by us
- Only one person to visit per apartment is allowed and the visiting hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm maximum. No visitors will be allowed in after that time.
-The Sauna is a Turkish and is booked at the reception. It lasts 30 minutes maximum. Available from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM
