Newly furnished this 51sqm 4th floor apartment has a very large sunny balcony which gets all the morning sun and city views.

The space

Open plan with full kitchen facilities the apartment comes with unlimited wifi. There is a king bed in the bedroom which can be split into twins on request, The dining table seats 4 and there is seating for four comfortably in the living area which together with bedroom opens onto the large balcony, which has outdoor table which seats six. The tiled bathroom has a shower and full laundry facilities. Large plasma TV with freeview, heat pump in the living area can also be run on cooling. No carpark with this apartment.

I can't speak about the particulars of this unit because it was unavailable when I arrived to check in. I was told that the owner changed his mind about renting it at the last minute. I was given another condo in the same Prince's Wharf location and was told it was an upgrade. It was not newly furnished as this unit is advertised but it did have a good view. As mentioned in other reviews, the Prince's Wharf area is very noisy into the wee hours of the night as there are a number of bars and restaurants located there. Aside from that, it is a phenomenal location.

The flat was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well appointed and perfectly situated for sightseeing and a night out on the town. There was another review that stated that it was a bit noisy. That's true, but it's not necessarily a reason not to rent this flat. This is a great area to be in and there's lots of activity. If you have kids or if you need deaf-like quiet conditions to sleep, then I'd suggest you chose someplace else. I didn't mind it at all, and would definitely rent this flat again. It's located in a secure building. It has all the essentials for any length of stay. If you want a to have a night in, there's a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of cookware/flatware/dinnerware to whip up a meal or just use to class up your takeaway order. There's also a washer and dryer. This is a must have for me. Who wants to travel with smoky/sweaty/dirty clothes? Lastly, the INTERNET! It's fast, free and unlimited. You may not think that's a big deal, but in NZ, that's HUGE. IMHO, you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. You're welcome :)

Great location. Nice clean apartment with the ferry terminals, bus and train centre and CBD within 300m. Wonderful selection of restaurants and tourist attractions on your doorstep.

Great apartment in a great location. Very clean with everything you need. Paddy was very helpful in arranging our after hours check in. Potential guests should be aware that there is some noise from the nearby nightclubs on Friday and Saturday evenings until 4am. It is not that loud in the apartment but you can hear it. My wife and I expected this when staying in that location so the rating given doesn't deserve to be marked down for this at all. I would recommend this apartment.

Property Manager of quality privately owned apartments & houses available for short term leases in the Auckland CBD district and nearby suburbs.
All properties are furnished to a high standard, free hi speed internet, either SKY or Freeview TV, power allowance and are serviced weekly including a full linen change.
Minimum stay is one week although over the quieter winter months some properties are available for stays of five days or longer.
Bookings taken up to 3 months in advance (no further out due to the management contract we have with the owners).
