The space
Situated in a clearing in the woods, not far from the New Forest and with on-site fishing and golf, there's plenty to see and do. Or you can stay at home and relax by the fire or in the hot tub.

Bluebell is a beautiful shepherds hut furnished in soft blue fabrics and equipped with everything you should need for your home away from home.

Bluebell includes:
A comfy double bed
Bedding and towels
Fridge (18x16x16 inches)
Twin portable hob (note there is no oven or microwave)
Logburner
Flushing Toilet
Shower
Electric sockets and USB charging points
Fully equipped kitchen
Wi-Fi
Household essentials (toilet roll, washing up liquid, cooking oil, salt and pepper and a pint of milk)
Outdoor seating
BBQ
Chimnea
Wood-fired hot tub
1 bag of logs is included free of charge for each night of your stay plus a tub of kindling per stay.
Additional bags of logs, kindling, BBQ coal and firelogs are available for a reasonable charge.

We are always on-hand (or at the end of the phone) to help should you need it.

We want our guests to fully enjoy the natural surroundings so there is no television in Bluebell but there is good Wi-Fi.

Guest access
The site is shared with another pretty shepherds huts, a small log cabin and a larger log cabin.
Guests are welcome to wander the site and the surrounding areas. Fishing is also available on the lake.
Guests will need to call on arrival, after which you will be given a key so that you can come and go as you please.
You will find a detailed information booklet in the cabin.

Other things to note
Please note, that access to the site is via a 1-mile-long 'farm-style' track across a golf course. Although we do our best to maintain it, potholes and puddles do appear. Having said this, it is no problem for an ordinary car if you drive slowly.
Chilworth Woodland Retreat accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to vehicles or other property whilst using the site. Please keep to 10mph on the track.
