This was our second time staying with Chantal, it's was even better than we remember. The house is spotless and in such a beautiful location and with a oyster bar opening right next door, we can't wait to go back next year!!!

We can give our best recommendations to rent Chantal's lovely house in the cosy village of Pleneuf val andré. We were 7 adults staying in the house for 4 nights in July 2016. Before we arrived the contact with Chantal went really smooth, she answered our e-mails quickly and nicely and when we arrived she gave us a very warm welcome and gave us a lot of valuable information about the village and its surroundings. The house is LOVELY - even much better than what the photos look like! Very, very clean and proper and nice and stylish decorated. Perfect to stay 7 people since there are 3 bed rooms with double beds and 1 bed room with a single bed. The house felt actually really spacious even if we were a big group. The house is also really nice located right on the quai, within a short walking distance you can find a boulangerie, a few good restaurants, a deli shop etc. To do a hike along the water and cliffs in to the village is a must! We hope we'll be able to return and we hope to see Chantal again! Hanna

After chatting with Chantal before our trip, we were really looking forward to going back to this part of Brittany, and the area and the house did not disappoint. The house is in a perfect location, with the garden overlooking the harbour. Watch the boats coming and going was one of my 7 year old favourite activities. Chantal was a perfect host, there to greet us and always on hand if we needed her. We are looking rebooking for next year!

Fabulous house, lovely garden, great location and views. Also practical for a three generation family. Shame that airbnb took all my money eight months before the actual holiday and only paid Chantal, our delightful host, two days after our arrival!

What can we say, the house, the location and the host were all amazing. Chantal was so welcoming and helpful in every aspect. The house is so, so beautiful, the photos do not do it justice, it is lovely throughout. The garden was huge and our son loved his time playing in it. The location in Dahouet port was fantastic with lots going on, local shops and lovely restaurants. Pleneuf beach was also a great place to take the children. All in all, it could not have been a better stay and we look forward to returning.

Chantal is the perfect hostess who we consider a family friend. Her absolutely amazing, fully restored, historical house is our family's favorite to visit when in Brittany. This was our second summer season to stay, and I'm so happy we extended for a longer visit this year. The home is spotlessly clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and appliances are totally modern. Very quiet and comfortable. Quick walking access to rustic trails along the coastline which I enjoyed to run and follow to the beach. We enjoyed meeting again for a soirée evening party the English home designer, Simon, who personally directed the house renovation project to completion. This house is cherished by the owner, the designer, and all guests who shared their positive memories in the visitors' log book, including our family. I am certain that future guests will feel lucky and special to enjoy their vacations at this house. Chantal offers her local knowledge insight to suggest special sites to visit, beaches, and good restaurants that offer the best experiences as if living like a local resident. We look forward to our future visits at the house and to see Chantal again hopefully next year.

Excellent experience. Perfect hostess. Beautiful historical house. Chantal is the most gracious hostess who warmly welcomed our family to her freshly restored and spotlessly clean house. We thorough enjoyed an opportunity to get to know Chantal and the home designer, Simon, who meticulously restored this oldest house in the neighborhood. A totally positive adventure that was quintessential 'Breizh'. I look forward to staying again at Chantal's house during my future trip to Brittany.
