Thank you for your review, we had hoped that it would not be necessary to bring into the public domain certain unfortunate matters that were resolved via the airbnb resolution center. Andrius actually booked a budget 2 bedroom villa for his group of 3 for $80 a night, Villa Angrek, we were then advised by the local Indonesian owner that he was very sorry and that Villa Angrek had been double booked in error. Rather than cancel Andrius' booking and offer a refund, we always strive to ensure all our guests have a good holiday experience and accordingly we then offered Andrius several other villas as alternative accommodation. Andrius was upgraded at no charge to a far larger 3 bedroom villa on the strict understanding that his group of 3 had the use of 2 bedrooms only, as per his original booking. After several days Andrius informed us that 4 extra adults were arriving and they would be staying with him at the villa and he did not want to pay anything for the 4 extra guests. We immediately referred the matter to airbnb who resolved the matter and Andrius was charged an extra charge. Having to refer and reference all of this does not really reflect well on the Andrius, and as the matter was resolved by airbnb it is rather unfortunate that we have had to set out the history. With regards the pool light it is indeed broken and there is a faulty cable, it was very clearly explained to Andrius that this would be fixed right away, but that would mean draining the pool, fixing and refilling the pool, all of which would take 3 days. Andrius advised that he would rather not have the pool drained and not in use for 3 days. The pool light is now fixed, and we feel that this comment is very unfair. There is a restaurant close to the villa and on WEEKEND ONLY the do play music, this is a high class restaurant, and the music is soft back ground music, it is rather implied that some sort of loud disco is operating, which is most certainly not the case.
