Hello! Welcome to NYC. Hope your stay is wonderful. I'm a native New Yorker who is madly in love with this place and greatly enjoy seeing how excited visitors get to be here. My motto is "I love life, and life loves me!" I'm the oldest of five kids, am a first-generation American, a people-person, closet artist lawyer, who tries hard to make the best of life no matter the circumstances.
I love to travel, but since I'm very career oriented at the moment I can't really do much of it. Instead I will absorb the excitement of travel by hosting stays at my lovely bohemian Brooklyn apartment. Brooklyn is undergoing a Renaissance at the moment, and is the "it" borough of NYC. You will spend lots of time in Manhattan, no doubt, but a stay in Brooklyn will show you the "real" NY :-)
