Check in is from 3pm onwards and check out is 11am. Guests can request early check in or late check out, however this is subject to availability and needs to be approved in advance.

➤ As part of the building rules, we kindly ask guests to send soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. This is necessary to ensure a smooth check-in with the building front desk.

➤Late check-out without confirmation extra charges will apply minimum of AED 100.
➤Please remember to return the access cards in good condition when you check out. If a card gets lost, there will be a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.
➤Please note that all of our properties have a strict no smoking policy. Any guests that smoke in a property will be required to pay a fine to cover the odor control, shampooing of furniture, carpets and curtains, and to cover any damages such as burns to furniture. This fine is between 2,500 AED – 5,000 AED depending on the damage caused.
