Master bedroom with private entrance, private bathroom, your own fenced patio and parking, and a large walk-in closet with a kitchenette. An additional twin bed is available on request for $20/night.

Located on a quiet residential street close to all of the top local sights, including: Ledbetter Beach, Shoreline Cafe, Stearn's Wharf and the Funk Zone (restaurants & nightlife).

The space
We live in a recently renovated midcentury modern home located near the Santa Barbara Community College campus overlooking the ocean.

You have access to the large bedroom located at the back of the house, quiet and private. It includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, a bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. There is a breakfast nook with a French press coffee maker, kettle, tea, coffee, creamer, a filter carafe, and a mini-fridge. You also have access to your private patio equipped with a table and two chairs.

Great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores are nearby. We're just a 10-minute walk to Ledbetter Beach and Shoreline Cafe!

Our house will offer you privacy, luxury and a delicious taste of Santa Barbara, the pearl of Central California.

Guest access
You will have access to the master bedroom in the back of the house via a private entrance, a dedicated bathroom, walk-in closet, an outdoor patio, and a parking space.

Please note, going directly from the parking spot to the home there are stairs, 7 steps total. Since the steps are broken up into two small staircases, there are no railings or ramps for wheelchair accessibility.

During your stay
We live on site in the house, so we're always nearby if you have an emergency or need help.

That said, we value your privacy (and ours), so it's rare that you'll hear from or see us.

However, if you need anything at all, you're always welcome to send Eric a text. He'll be happy to help with whatever question(s) or needs you might have!

And, he's always happy to share Santa Barbara recs and advice!

The room is set to accommodate two people. We do have an extra bed available if you have children or require additional sleeping surfaces.

We accept three people total for this room.

Out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful nature of this community, we ask all guests to be discreet at all times. Loud conversations, music, or gatherings, indoors or outdoors, are not appropriate in this space.

We make the bed in the European style, which means there’s no top sheet — instead, we wash the duvet cover between each group of guests. If you prefer a top sheet, you'll find one in the cabinet under the TV.

For dog owners: please note that dogs must be attended at all times and may not be left alone in the suite. We’re happy to provide a trusted local dog sitter recommendation if needed.
