The flat is right in the historical heart of Paris called Le Marais.

Many highlights are at a walking distance, the Seine river and Notre-Dame at less than 10 min by foot, Picasso Museum at 10 min, Place des Vosges at 5 min. You can follow the Seine to reach Le Louvre or Eiffel Tower, very nice walk, no cars.

The street is half pedestrian. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby also couple of wonderful rooftops with an amazing view on the city. You will find in the studio the list of my favorite places.

This is also a good spot for shopping, famous brands ( Chanel, Gucci...) or others one trendy and more confidential .

Very close you will also find all you need to cook a good meal, fresh food, excellent cheese and wine, very good bread and croissants....
