The space
In the northern part of Munich in direct vicinity of Castle Schleissheim you can find Swertskoff Manor. The Manor was built in 1860 by Grand Duke Wladimir Swertskoff who was believed to be a son of the Russian Tsar. From your quiet and sunny loft style appartment you have beautiful views in the Manor Park.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, table, locker, working desk and a new generation flatscreen TV.

In the bedroom there is a king size bed and 2 lockers. Blankets and cushions in different sizes are in the appartment.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook every kind of meal you want. There is a table for 4 person in the kitchen for serving meals and eating.

With compliments we serve Nespresso coffe, tea and chocolate.

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with bathtube and one with toilet. We have towel warmer installed.

The Loft is in the side wing of the Manor.
There is a seperate entrance to the Appartments. Parking lots in the yard directly in front of the entrance.

Other things to note
Safe loction. Police Station around the corner. Police car patrols every 30 minutes on the street.

Oktoberfest can be reached by S1 in 20 minutes direct line.
