The space

located on the 1st floor of a triplex on a quiet street. the apartment is decorated with furniture hand made by me.
it is very clean and cosy.
you will feel at home in my house.
it has a big double room (queen bed and a walk in closet) that is sunny all day. the living room offers a futon (that can sleep 2 persons) that is a perfect spot to chill and a functional work environment for freelancers (big desk, shelves, printer, WIFI...). the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (high counter and stools, refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer).
outside the kitchen, there is a balcony for those who like to take their morning coffee or breakfast in the open air. it offers a table and chairs.

Lafontaine park right up the hill, 5 minutes walk
plateau Mont - Royal, 15 minutes walk
the gay village, 10 minutes walk
supermarket, delis and pharmacy (1-5min walk)
hospital a few blocks away

bus: min walk)
metro Papineau and metro Frontenac are a 10-15min walk
BIXI stations right at the corner (rental bikes) (5min walk to the bike lane on Rachel)
5min by car to the Cartier bridge.

i love my home and I care a lot for the furniture that i crafted :)
it is a non smoking house and parties/social events are not allowed.
smoking is much more healthy on my cozy balcony!
